How does ordering work?
Add products to your cart and continue to checkout. Your delivery country determines Local Table or Export pricing, available shipping, and payment methods. The complete total is shown before you place the order. Orders within Albania can be paid on delivery; supported international orders can be paid using the payment methods shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
EU destinations are the standard starting point. The UK, US, and other destinations are considered per order because food, honey, and plant-material rules can differ and change.
Why are prices different inside Albania?
Orders delivered within Albania use our Local Table pricing. Orders traveling abroad use Export pricing, which reflects the additional packing, handling, and destination-specific work required to carry small-batch Albanian goods beyond Albania.
What does the research say about mountain tea?
More than most herbs can show. The largest human trial to date — double-blind, placebo-controlled, 140 adults aged 50 to 70, published in Nutrients in 2018 — gave a standardised Sideritis scardica extract for 28 days and measured improved attention accuracy, a large reduction in state anxiety against placebo, and increased cerebral blood flow on first dose. We cite the paper rather than paraphrase it into a miracle: the trial used a standardised extract at set doses, not a kitchen pot, so treat a brewed cup as tradition with good science behind the plant. How long does gliko keep?
Follow the jar label first. Storage depends on recipe, processing, seal, and local food rules. Use a clean utensil, refrigerate after opening when directed, and discard any jar with a broken seal or signs of spoilage.
Does green walnut gliko contain an allergen?
Yes. Green walnut is a tree-nut product. Anyone with an allergy should rely on the exact product label and producer information for the current batch.
Can I build a custom gift set?
Yes. Write with a budget, count, destination, required date, and occasion. We suggest a focused combination and quote it before charging anything.
Are the sources visitable?
The wider Vjosa Valley and Përmet are visitable, and Vjosa Tours operates in the region. A visit is not the same as product proof: each batch still needs its own supported source information.
