1. Data Processed for E-Commerce Orders
When you place an order on Albanian Ritual, we collect and process the following information necessary to fulfill your order:
- Contact Details: Full name, email address, and phone number for delivery notifications
- Delivery Address: Street address, city, postal code, and destination country
- Order Information: Purchased items, quantities, subtotal, shipping fees, applied market tier, and special notes
- Payment Details: Payment method (COD, Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer) and payment status
2. Payment Security & Payment Providers
All credit and debit card transactions are processed securely through Stripe. PayPal transactions are processed directly via PayPal. Card credentials and payment authentication are handled directly by the payment provider on PCI-compliant infrastructure — Albanian Ritual never receives or stores your full card number.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected directly by Posta Shqiptare upon parcel handover. For Direct Bank Transfer orders, bank reference information is verified against incoming transfers.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
Delivery address and contact phone numbers are shared with our fulfillment team in Këlcyrë/Përmet and designated shipping carriers (such as Posta Shqiptare or international postal services) solely for shipping and parcel delivery.
4. Marketing & Data Sales
We do not sell customer data to third-party advertisers and do not maintain behavioral advertising profiles. Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping status, bank transfer instructions) are sent via secure mail servers.
Shopping reliability
We count product views, basket additions and checkout outcomes in our own server logs. These events include product codes, language and pricing market, but no names, contact details, order numbers or tracking identifiers. Normal server logs also contain IP addresses and browser information. We use aggregate counts to detect problems, exclude known automated tests, and respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
5. Your Rights & Order Support
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting order support at hello@albanianritual.com. Certain order records must be retained for legal, tax, and accounting compliance periods.
